It was sometimes hard, but we still had fun. Jackson was suspicious of Santa, so he sent the "real one" a letter, and Brenan just crawled up on his lap and asked for candy canes. Christmas was a month long for us. We opened presents with Dad before leaving Indiana, then with my family in Salem, Utah, then in Cedar City with the Holmans'. Everyone was spoiled and we appreciated all the support we were given during this month with family - away from Daddy.

Kaden and his only present! Come on, he doesn't know the difference:) We sure do love him.

Jackson got to have his first late night sleep in a fort his Uncle Jordan built for him. He stayed up till 11:00p.m. and watched the entire movie "How to Train a Dragon". He thought his presents were cool until he opened the Lucky Charms and then he said, "This is all I ever wanted!" Really? Sugar cereal is all he is going to get next year!

Brenan was pleased with every present he was given. He said thank you for all of them, and he put on a show in this new cape that his aunt Erin gave him.
